Team Membership Pause/Cancel Form

We understand that life can get busy, and SwimNation Aquatics Respects that. Whether it’s for school, another sport, extended vacation, or summer league or high school swim, from time to time athletes need to take a break.  Team members can submit a request to PAUSE their monthly membership fees OR cancel their membership altogether, with the following form.

You may PAUSE your membership for up to FOUR months without any penalties or additional fees. When you return to ACTIVE status, your membership will resume at the current membership rate for your swim group. This form must be submitted at least five days prior to the end of the month you wish to pause your membership to ensure you are not billed for that month.

If you plan to CANCEL your membership, we will be sorry to see you leave! You will have the opportunity to leave us some comments, and we encourage you to do so! We are always seeking ways to improve our program. If you CANCEL your membership, your account will be closed, and you will need to rejoin the team again if you choose to return. This form must be submitted at least five days prior to the end of the month you wish to cancel your membership to ensure you are not billed for that month.

All outstanding unpaid balances on your account will be charged prior to PAUSING or CANCELLING your account.
